305 October 31: EPPIs = 1993

One time in 1993 during a roadtrip to probably Tahoe we stopped at Eppi's in Sacramento.

I remember noting that EPPIs was 1993 spelled backwards (image reversed) and I remember also having a hard time explaining it to my family and the waitress... and lo and behold, at the back of this sketchbook i've been taking my past 30 drawings from is what I wrote out for them so they would understand:



not really a sketch, but I thought it was pretty cool.

in my memory - this was an awesome action-packed drawing... its basically a guy on an air jet-ski getting shot at... oh man, i remember thinking this specific drawing was cool because i used a ruler... also I definitely made laser sounds when drawing this one... oh my gosh, i can't believe i found this drawing.
